KCCU remains committed to ensuring that the needs of our members are of top priority. Thus, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we empathize profoundly with the anxiety encountered during this time as it relates to the threat posed to your safety and financial wellbeing.

In the event that this threat has substantially affected your ability to meet your monthly loan commitments to KCCU, you can apply for our readily available ‘Moratorium Support Plan’. This plan offers you a deferral of your loan payments for up to a maximum period of six (6) months and will be offered ONLY to members whose employment circumstances have been adversely impacted by the pandemic.

Please note that your loan WILL be restructured at the end of this allotted period of deferral.
