Annual General Meeting 2021
The 60th Annual General Meeting of the Kingstown Co-operative Credit Union Limited will be held on Thursday 14th July 2022, commencing at 4:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held:
- Physically at the Methodist Church Hall, Kingstown.
- Virtually via the Zoom platform (to accommodate persons unable to physically attend)
The meeting is called to:
- Approve the minutes of the 59th Annual General Meeting
- Receive reports from the Board of Directors and other Committees
- Receive the Treasurer's and Auditor's Reports.
- Elect Officers and appoint Auditors for the new year

- The Annual General Meeting is an event for members of KCCU LTD only
- Members attending virtually must register before the meeting’s date
- Members must have a previous Zoom account or create a Zoom account in order to attend the meeting
- Details of the login credentials and the link to join the meeting will be sent to members after registration is approved

- Registration starts on Friday, 24th June 2022 and closes on Wednesday, 13th July 2022 at 12 p.m. (midnight)
- A help desk will be available during the registration period, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., to assist members with any queries.
